Job Description
- Consulting project activities from client identification through final invoicing
- Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and product deployment
- Required to interface with company and client managers
- Manage and perform HBSS deployments using McAfee ePO and HIPS products
- Create end of engagement reports describing engagement findings and analysis work
- Help develop and maintain intellectual capital within the Professional Services Dept
- Help identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures
- Maintain technical proficiency through self-training or formal training
- Help identify and develop new clients and Professional services offerings
- Provide knowledge sharing throughout the Professional services team
- Mentor consultant peers in new techniques, tools and other job skills
- Teach McAfee product training courses
- Helping with update and/or create training course material
- Manage simultaneous projects
- Create Statement of Work/Proposals
Requirements
- Understand McAfee Security Architecture and multi-tier security infrastructure
- Demonstrate the capability of designing and implementing a security solution utilizing various security products
- Must posses strong written and verbal communications skills
- Opportunity to travel up to 80%
- Experience in installing, configuring, and administering various McAfee products
- Demonstrated and hands on experience with HBSS, McAfee ePO and HIPS Products
- Qualified candidates ideally will have at least 4 years of experience in Information Security and 6 plus years of real world experience on Information Technology
- Requires a BS degree or equivalent
- CISSP certification is highly desirable
- Requires an active DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Client and Servers)
- Knowledge of and experience with TCP/IP, routers, switches, network architectures, etc.
- Experience with various Microsoft product suites such as Operating Systems; SQL database; SMS management suite; Security solution and Network Management Solutions
- Microsoft Certification highly desired
